Please note that our pieces are priced with the following in mind: the weight (grams) of the silver or gold, the quality of the gemstones (if applicable) and the age of the antique or components. Additionally, as we source all of our vintage components, prices can fluctuate based on availability and resale value. While we would love to be able to guarantee the craftsmanship of each piece, the fact that each piece has a unique and often long history before it finds its way to Age of Sirens makes that impossible. We only purchase pieces from trusted sources and are happy to help you find a local gold or silversmith if you should need repairs. 

Layaway is available on orders over $500. A 20% down payment is required to secure your piece of jewelry and payment must be completed in 90 days. If you wish to cancel your layaway, please be aware that the 20% down payment is non-refundable. There are no exceptions to this.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders placed with Age of Sirens arrive in our signature pouch. Most orders will ship within 48-72 hours of being placed and are received 3-5 days from shipment date within the United States. If there is an extended delay expected on shipping your order, you will be notified within that time frame.

All orders are shipped via First Class shipping. USPS Priority is available upon checkout if you choose. When placing your order, you agree that Age of Sirens is not responsible for any duties or additional charges that may be due upon delivery. You also agree to not hold Age of Sirens responsible for any mishandling or loss by Postal services. Upon shipment, you will receive an email notifying you of the updated status of your order. For expedited shipping, please email us for a quote.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

If you wish to cancel an order, you MUST notify Age of Sirens within 24 hours of placing your order to receive a full refund. Any cancellation requests made after 24 hours will be treated as a return and you will be issued store credit.

Please note that we only accept returns for store credit. If you wish to exchange an item, please email us at hello@ageofsirens.com within 72 hours of receipt of your order. All SALE items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.

All BESPOKE orders are final sale and may not be returned or refunded.

TAKE CARE

Please wear and store your jewelry with care. Each piece we sell was crafted many moons ago and then meticulously reworked. We ask that you respect and honor not only the artisan who created each piece and its age, but the connection we hope you attain with your new piece of jewelry as well.

Gold and gold-fill can be cleaned with a soft cloth and should always be removed before swimming or bathing. Sterling silver should be polished regularly with a soft silver cleaning cloth. While solid silver pieces can be cleaned with a liquid or cream silver cleaner, avoid doing so with pieces set with gemstones as stones can be damaged by such cleaners. To cleanse your gemstones, simply use fresh, cool water and dry completely. All stones should be cleansed by their new owner by rinsing them under cool water to remove any energies from others who have handled it before you. Natural stones and minerals should be handled with care and not come into contact with any cleaning chemicals.  

We ALWAYS recommend removing your jewelry to swim, bath and shower. And never wear your pieces in a hot tub, or in any salt water. Regardless of the metal and stone, water, salt and chemicals will eventually wear your jewelry down. 

We also take care of each other at Age of Sirens. A portion of every sale contributes to our reoccurring monthly donations to Planned Parenthood, the ADL, American Jewish World Services, Black Voters Matter, GLSEN, Warrior Women's Project and Trevor Project.
